Terms

Who you’re dealing with

Simple Websites for Business is an Australian business, based in Queensland and working with businesses Australia-wide. These terms are an agreement between you and me. You can reach me any time at hello@simplewebsitesforbusiness.com.au. My registered business name and ABN appear on every invoice I issue.

What’s included

$990, paid once, gets a five-page website (Home, About, Services, Projects and Contact), written for your business and your area, using your own photos and logo. It’s built to load fast on a phone, and it’s set up with the basic technical details Google and AI search tools use to understand what you do and where.

The Found plan and Google Care

Found is $1,490, paid the same way in two halves ($745 at homepage approval, $745 at go-live). It adds up to eight pages, Google Business Profile setup, a review link and printable QR card, 60 days of free edits and a 5 business day build. Google Care is optional: $49 a month or $490 a year, cancelled any time by email, and I don’t renew it without asking you first. I can’t promise any ranking or number of enquiries.

What’s not included

I don’t build email, online booking, online shops or blogs. If you need one of those, I’ll tell you up front and point you somewhere better rather than take your money for something I don’t do well.

Ownership

The site, the domain and the hosting account are set up in your name. I’m added to the account so I can build and edit it, and you can remove my access at any time once your site is live.

Timeline and payment

Live 3 business days after I have your completed form and your photos (5 on the Found plan). You’ll see a free homepage first. The $990 is only payable once you’ve seen it and want to go ahead. You pay it in two halves: $495 when you approve the homepage and $495 when the site goes live. If photos or replies are slow to arrive, the date moves out by the same amount. The price does not.

Edits until you’re happy, and free edits for 30 days

I keep editing until you’re happy with the site. Edits for the first 30 days after launch are free. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.

Changes after the first 30 days

After the first 30 days, small edits (a new phone number, photo, price or service) are $60 each, or $290 a year for unlimited small edits. Bigger jobs (a new page, a different structure) are quoted before I start. If nothing needs changing, you pay nothing further.

Domains and logos

If you don’t already have a domain, I’ll register one in your name and connect it at no charge as part of the build. You pay the company that registers it (the registrar) for the name itself, usually $20 to $30 a year, on your own card. If you don’t have a logo, I make you a simple one, free, and it’s yours to keep.

Hosting

Hosting runs on your own Cloudflare account, on Cloudflare’s free plan, so there’s no hosting fee from me. If Cloudflare ever changed its free plan, that’s outside my control, but your site and domain remain yours regardless.

If you’re not happy

Tell me. Most issues get sorted as part of the build at no extra cost. If we can’t agree, email hello@simplewebsitesforbusiness.com.au and I’ll work through it with you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
