What's included
$990, paid once, gets a five-page website (Home, About, Services, Projects and Contact), written for your trade and your area, using your own photos and logo. It's built to load fast on a phone, and it's set up with the basic technical details Google and AI search tools use to understand what you do and where.
What's not included
We don't build email, online booking, online shops or blogs. If you need one of those, we'll tell you up front and point you somewhere better rather than take your money for something we don't do well.
Ownership
The site, the domain and the hosting account are set up in your name. We're added as an admin so we can build and edit it — you can remove our access at any time once your site is live.
Timeline
Seven business days from when we have your completed onboarding form and your photos. You'll see a free homepage mockup first — the $990 is only payable once you've seen it and want to go ahead. If photos or replies are slow to arrive, the seven days moves out by the same amount.
Changes after launch
The first 30 days after launch are free for small edits. After that, small edits (a new phone number, photo, price or service) are $60 each, or $290 a year for unlimited small edits. Bigger jobs — a new page, a different structure — are quoted before we start. If nothing needs changing, you pay nothing further.
Domains and logos
If you don't already have a domain, we'll register one for $90 plus the cost of the domain name itself. If you don't have a logo, we'll put together a simple one at no charge for our first ten clients.
Hosting
Hosting runs on your own Cloudflare account, on Cloudflare's free tier — there's no hosting fee from us. If Cloudflare ever changed its free-tier terms, that's outside our control, but your site and domain remain yours regardless.
If you're not happy
Tell us. Most issues get sorted as part of the build at no extra cost. If we can't reach an agreement, email hello@simplewebsitesforbusiness.com.au and we'll work through it directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
