What we collect

When you request a free mockup, we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name and a short description of what you do.

If you go ahead and complete the onboarding form, we also collect the details needed to build your site: business area/suburbs covered, services, pricing you want listed, your business bio, whether you offer emergency callouts or free quotes, your ABN and licence number if relevant to your trade, years in business, any reviews you want quoted, your domain name (if you have one), and any photos and logo you send us.

We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising pixels on this site.

What we use it for

We use your details to prepare your free mockup, build your website, contact you about your project, and invoice you. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are sent by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, so your enquiry reaches us. Your finished website is hosted on a Cloudflare account in your own name — we don't hold your site's data ourselves once it's live. We don't share your details with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project details for as long as needed to build and support your site, and for our own business records. If you'd like your details deleted and you're not an active client, just ask.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@simplewebsitesforbusiness.com.au and we'll sort it out.
