Yes. I build your homepage free first, with no card and nothing to sign. Nothing is invoiced until you have seen it and want to go ahead.

I don't promise refunds. I promise to keep editing until you're happy with the site, and edits for the first 30 days after launch are free. You also see your homepage before you pay anything, so the first $495 only comes after you have approved the look.

No. I build every site from your photos, your work and your reviews, and write the pages from your form. The layout follows a structure I know works on a phone, so you are not paying for a blank-page design. The words, photos and details are yours.

Your old site stays up while I build the new one. When you are happy, I connect your domain to the new site. If your domain is registered with another company, I walk you through the one change needed.

Yes. The site, the domain and the hosting account are all in your name. I'm added to the account so I can do edits, and you can remove me any time. If I vanished tomorrow, your site would keep running.

Cloudflare is the company that hosts your site and keeps it fast, on a free account in your name. I walk you through setting it up. It takes about five minutes and needs an email address you control.

Edits in the first 30 days after launch are free (60 days on the Found plan). After that, small edits are $60 each, or $290 a year for unlimited small edits.

I register the domain in your name and connect it, included in the $990. You pay for the name itself, about $20 to $30 a year, to the company that registers it. No logo? I make you a simple one, free, and it is yours to keep.

Email accounts, online booking, online shops and blogs. If you need those, I say so up front and point you somewhere better.

Found is $1,490: up to eight pages, your Google Business Profile set up properly, a review link and a printable QR card, 60 days of free edits and a 5 business day build. Both start with a free homepage, and you choose after you have seen it. Neither has a monthly fee.

Yes, as an optional extra. Google Care is $49 a month, or $490 a year. Each month I add a new post and photos to your Google Business Profile, draft replies to your new reviews and send you a note of the calls and direction requests Google recorded. You can cancel any time. Nobody can promise rankings, so I do not.

No meeting. It all runs over email: one form, a draft on your phone, a list of changes, then it's live. I work with businesses anywhere in Australia. Same process, same price, Brisbane or Broken Hill.

3 business days after I have your completed form and your photos, or 5 on the Found plan. Your homepage is ready within 1 business day, the other pages take 2 more, and it goes live the day you say go. The clock starts when the photos arrive, so slow photos move the date, not the price.

It loads fast on a phone and I submit it to Google. It's included, with no ongoing fee. It's not a promise you'll rank first, because nobody can honestly promise that.

Tell me. Swapping photos, rewording a service, adding a suburb or fixing a number is all part of the build, not a billed edit. Wanting a completely different look after your homepage is approved is bigger, and I'll say if it pushes the 3 business days out.

Yes. If you send me a business that signs up, I pay you $150 once their site goes live. Have them mention your name on the form, or email me yourself first. No limit on how many.
