I build your homepage first, free. If you like it, you pay $495 when you approve it and $495 when the site goes live. No hosting bill, no retainer, no “contact us for a quote”. If it’s not on this page, I don’t charge for it.

Neither plan has a monthly fee. Nobody can promise you the top spot on Google, so I don’t. What Found does is make your Google listing and your website match: same services, same areas, same phone number.
That’s the guarantee. You see your homepage before you pay anything, and once the site is live, edits for the first 30 days are free.
This suits a tradie or local service business that needs a five-page site with a phone number, a list of services, photos of good work and a quote form, and wants to own it outright.
It doesn’t suit a business that needs an online shop, a booking system, a blog or email hosting. I don’t build those, and I’ll tell you up front instead of taking your money. It also won’t suit you if you want a custom design from a blank page.
Your domain, edits after the free period, and Google Care if you want it. Plenty of people never need any of them. The site itself never has a monthly fee.
If you don’t own a domain, I register one in your name and connect it at no charge. You pay the registrar for the name itself, on your own card: about $100 to $150 over five years. If you already own one, I connect it to the new site as part of the build.
A small edit is a new phone number, a new photo, a changed price or a service added to the list. The first 30 days after launch are free (60 on Found). After that it’s $60 each. If nothing needs changing, you pay nothing. A new page is bigger, so I quote it before I start.
Optional. If you’d rather not think about your Google listing, I look after it each month. I add a new post and photos to your Google Business Profile, draft replies to your new reviews for you to approve, and send you a short note of the calls and direction requests Google recorded.
No logo? I’ll make a clean, simple one that’s yours to keep. If you have one already, even a rough photo of it on the van, I’ll use that.
