Who you’re dealing with
I’m Sean, based in Queensland, working with businesses anywhere in Australia. There’s no sales team and no ticket system. When you email, you get me, usually the same business day and always within one.

Why I charge one fixed price
In 20 years I’ve watched small business owners get offered the same three deals. An agency quote of $3,000 to $10,000. A rented site at $99 to $299 a month, forever, that disappears if you stop paying. Or a DIY weekend that never quite gets finished.
None of those suits a business that needs a phone number, a list of services and some photos of good work. So I charge a fixed price, paid once: $990 for five pages. You see your homepage free first, and you only pay if you like it.
How ownership works
The site, the domain and the hosting account are all set up in your name. The hosting is a free Cloudflare account. I’m added to it so I can build and edit, and you can remove me whenever you like. If I vanished tomorrow, your site would keep running.
Why a website still matters
People check before they call. A neighbour recommends you, then the customer looks you up that night. If they find a Facebook page last updated in 2023 and a directory listing with the wrong number, you’ve lost some of the trust the recommendation gave you. A clean site with your photos, your services and a tap-to-call button keeps it. It also gives Google and AI tools like ChatGPT something clear to read, such as “gas fitter, northern Gold Coast, licensed, call this number”.
What I don’t do
No online shops, booking systems, blogs or email hosting. I’ll say so up front and point you somewhere better. The full terms are in plain English on the terms page. Read them before you pay anything.
